On January 23, 2025, the merger of the Anchor Alternative Investment Fund with Private Offering into the Primus Alternative Investment Fund with Private Offering, both managed by SQ Capital d.o.o., was successfully completed.
With the completion of the fund merger, the reasons for the suspension of the issuance and redemption of units have ceased to exist. Therefore, we hereby inform all investors about the continuation of operations of the Primus AIF and the termination of the suspension of issuance and redemption of units as of January 24, 2025.
