Change in the ownership structure of the Company
On 1 December 2017 In 2008, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (hereinafter: the Agency) issued a Decision (Class: UP/I 972-02/17-01/42, Registration number: 326-01-440-443-17-6) which ordered the company POsitive asymmetry d.o.o. for services and trade, with headquarters in Zagreb, 2. Zagorska 10, OIB: 88896925974, issues approval for the direct acquisition of a qualified share in the company Zodaks Investments d.o.o. for the management of investment funds (hereinafter: the Company). With the aforementioned approval of the Agency, the new owner of the Company with 100% share is the company Pozitivna asimetrija d.o.o. for services and trade.
