Notice of change of name of Zodaks Cash fund and basic documents

On 21.7.2018 The implementation of Regulation (EU) 2017/1131 of the European Parliament and the Council of June 14, 2017 on mutual funds (further: Regulation on monetary funds) began, which brings important changes in the operation of monetary funds at the EU level, and thus in the Republic of Croatia.

In accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on money funds and the Notification of the Croatian Financial Services Supervision Agency (hereinafter: the Agency) on the deadline for compliance from 20.6.2018. year, the Company made a decision that the Zodaks Cash fund, which until now was a monetary fund, will continue to operate as a non-monetary fund and will not comply with the requirements of the Regulation on monetary funds. In accordance with the above, the name of Zodaks Cash, an open investment fund with a public offer, is changing to SQ Flow, an open investment fund with a public offer.

In accordance with the change in the name of the fund, the basic documents of the fund were also changed: Prospectus, Rules and Key information for investors. For the purpose of further compliance with the Regulation on money funds, the Company submitted a request to the Agency to change the investment policy and risk of the SQ Flow fund. After the Agency approves the aforementioned changes, the Company will inform all existing and future investors about the new characteristics of the SQ Flow fund via these websites and other mandatory communication channels in accordance with the law.
