Notice on the cancellation of the authorization to manage UCITS funds

Dear Sir,

we inform you that on September 17, 2020, based on the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervision Agency (hereinafter: the Agency), CLASS: UP/I 972-02/20-01/41, UR NO: 326-01-22-20 -3 revoked authorization to manage UCITS funds.

On April 22, 2020, the management of the SQ Flow fund, an open-end investment fund with a public offer (hereinafter: the Fund), was voluntarily transferred to the investment fund management company Generali Investments doo, headquartered in Zagreb, Savska cesta 106.

The transfer of the Fund's management was carried out based on the approval of the Croatian Financial Services Supervision Agency (hereinafter: the Agency). Based on the request of the company Generali Investments doo, the Agency is from 5.2.2020. issued a decision Class: UP/I 972-02/20-01/05, Reg. number: 326-01-40-42-20-4 on March 18, 2020. in which Generali Investments doo is authorized to take over the management of the Fund.

On the day of the onset of legal consequences, which occurred on April 22, 2020, the company fully transferred the management of the Fund to the company Generali Investments doo.

The authorization is revoked since the Company has no UCITS funds under management through the voluntary transfer of the Fund and has no intention of establishing new UCITS funds in the future.
