Notice of significant changes to the prospectus and rules of the SQ Flow fund
On 21.7.2018 The implementation of Regulation (EU) 2017/1131 of the European Parliament and the Council of June 14, 2017 on mutual funds (further: Regulation on monetary funds) began, which brings important changes in the operation of monetary funds at the EU level, and thus in the Republic of Croatia.
In accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on money funds and the Notification of the Croatian Financial Services Supervision Agency (hereinafter: the Agency) on the deadline for compliance from 20.6.2018. , the Company made a decision that the SQ Flow fund, an open investment fund with a public offer, will continue to operate as a short-term bond fund. In accordance with the implemented reclassification, the investment objective and investment strategy of the Fund, as well as the profile of a typical investor, were changed . The previously mentioned changes also affected the Fund's propensity for certain risks, and in accordance with the aforementioned, the description of investment risks in the Fund has also been revised.
Due to the change in the classification of the Fund, the Prospectus and Rules of the Fund were significantly amended. Significant changes to the Fund's Rules , in accordance with Article 199, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Open-Ended Investment Funds with a Public Offer (Official Gazette 44/16, hereinafter: the Law), enter into force the day after obtaining the Agency's approval, i.e. on January 21, 2019. and were published on the Company's website.

Significant changes to the Fund's Prospectus , in accordance with Article 193, Paragraph 6 of the Act, shall enter into force at the end of 40 days from the date of publication of this notice on the Company's website, i.e. on March 3, 2019. years.

On 28.1.2019, the company corrected the effective date of the Fund's Prospectus in this notice. Namely, the exact date of entry into force of the Fund Prospectus is March 3, 2019. year, not 2.3.2019. years.
