Most of these products, the ones that Vacom sells, are really essential when it comes to running your household and business. They have to function and/or be at your disposal all the time. So if something breaks down, it has to be replaced or fixed as soon as possible and Vacom comes in here handy. Alongside offering a wide array of products of electronics and home appliances, they offer a top-notch customer experience. And to be fair, if something is not intuitive enough for the customer to start using it immediately, you can easily return to the shop and ask for further instructions. The same goes for any possible complaints or claims as Vacom is building its model in small and medium-sized cities throughout Croatia, essentially your next-door electronics and home appliances retailer.

The other part of the business is somewhat standard, the well known e-commerce. The trick here, while physical stores are limited in space and stock, is that Vacom can leverage its 28 physical stores (at this point) to showcase several options and quickly bring in any other product from its e-catalogue. And then, at your local Vacom store, instruct you on how to use the product and act as a service point throughout the warranty and even further on. Everything at your convenience.

As mentioned already, the current 28 stores are up and running with plans to expand the footprint by at least 50% in the upcoming three years. Seamless integration between physical stores and e-commerce is a key pillar on which we plan to keep growing the business and cover every corner of Croatia (for time being).
